Round radish that's got a thin green layer and a bright pink/red on the inside.
Great for salads, soups, is crunchy when raw, and is known to not have that spiciness of a regular daikon (more mild), making it more versatile for cooking.
Will be one or two radishes, depending on size. At full size, it will be about the size of a grapefruit.
