Caprese with blueberries


Since blueberries are in season and we have so much of it,  we were thinking of a way to eat it that is not as a dessert.

Hence, we came up with "Caprese with blueberries".

Using our Sakura Cocktail Tomatoes and Basil, we just added mozarella cheese and a handful of our organic blueberries. It was actually better overnight (I took the photo the morning after we made it), as the dressing (olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper) marinated it even more, and the flavor was deeper.
